Stephanie and Lee's romantic southern wedding was a perfect way to begin the month of July. Stephanie and Lee chose a breathtaking venue that matched their glowing personalities. The wedding was held on July 11th, 2015 on Red Mountain, in Rougemont, North Carolina.
The day was welcomed by family and friends with a gorgeous view, handsome seersucker, plentiful sunshine and a toasty North Carolina afternoon. Over the course of the day, it was evident that Stephanie and Lee are supported by a network of family and friends that are committed to supporting their journey. Many guests traveled across the country and through the North Carolinian pines to witness the union of this marriage.
After the ceremony, guests were able to enjoy a delightful cocktail hour on the terrace patio, visit the surrounding vineyard and enjoy a sunset across the rolling hills. The southern inspired dinner ended with a tearful toast of mead. The mead was handmade by Lee's grandfather, Albert Sousa, and topped with honey from Lee's aunt, Karen's bee farm. The Bride, Groom and guests celebrated the night away and sent the newlyweds off under a sparkler send-off!
